Rental Rates
Ideally we would like changeover days to be Monday and Friday allowing weekend breaks to be 3 nights (Friday to Monday check out) and week day breaks to be 4 nights (Monday to Friday check out). However, our aim is to remain as flexible as possible when allowing start and end dates to your holiday so all that you need to do is adhere to the minimum number of nights booked. The monthly rate quoted is for a period of 28 days (our maximum booking length). Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Rental rates are for the entire property.

The price includes heating, electricity (currently there is no facility for ELV charging), internet, linen, towels, and parking. There are no hidden extras. You can pay by electronic bank transfer, or cheque. We hope to be able to take payment by debit/credit card in the near future. The deposit is 33% and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
You can arrive any time from 4:00pm on the start day and check-out is 10:00am on the day of departure. Discounts have been applied for 7 night/weekly bookings. For short breaks please see minimum stay listed by dates above – it’s all about relaxing.
